You may return products or systems to CMSI up to 30 days from the date of invoice, for a refund of the product purchase price, this refund will not include any shipping and handling charges shown on your invoice. Please contact CMSI Technical support before returning any merchandise. You must ship the products to CMSI in their original packaging, prepay shipping charges, insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Please include a copy of your original invoice with your return. You may return software for refund or credit only if the sealed package containing the diskette(s) or CD(s) is unopened. Returned products must be in as new condition, and all of the manuals, diskette(s), CD(s), power cables, and other items included with a product must be returned with it. CPU's, SIMMs or DIMMs may only be returned for refund for a period of 15 days from the date of invoice.
We provide technical support for the Windows® operating systems free of charge, for 90 days from the date of the first call. All support issues after that are subject to a per incident charge. Unlimited free technical support on all hardware purchased from CMSI.

Limited One-Year Warranty
Central Micro Systems, Inc. (From here on referred to as "CMSI")
CMSI warrants that the hardware products it manufactures will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, for a period of one year beginning on the date of invoice. This warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, acts of god, including but not limited to fire, flood, lightning, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by CMSI, usage not in accordance with product instructions and problems caused by the use of parts or components not supplied by CMSI.
This warranty does not cover: any opened or damaged software, accessories or parts added after the system is shipped from CMSI, any freight or shipping charges. This warranty is voided by purchaser, speed margining/overclocking the system in any way.
CMSI will repair or replace, at its discretion, products covered under this limited warranty that are returned to CMSI. To receive warranty service you must call CMSI's Technical support within the warranty period. If warranty service is required CMSI will issue Return Material Authorization number (RMA). DO NOT ship products to CMSI without receiving a RMA number, any shipments without RMA will be refused. You must ship products back to CMSI in their original or equivalent packaging, pre-pay shipping charges and insure the shipment. CMSI will ship the repaired or the replacement products to you freight pre-paid, within the continental United States. CMSI accepts no responsibility for data loss due to warranty service.
CMSI MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES DUE TO HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE FAULT OR MISUSE. INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
WARRANTY FOR MALFUNCTIONS AND DEFECTS IS LIMITED TO REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT. THESE WARRANTIES GIVE YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
